DAVID CASSIDY I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE LOVES

A few of the steadfast crazes decided to meet the once and I mean once heart throb David Cassidy who was performing in venue that was very accessible to meet their fans. Now I am not a person who ever says" I told You So" but I warned them be prepared that he is a real A-Hole when asking for an autograph. Though it was many years ago that I witnessed a truly rude behavior I thought maybe he mellowed out. I had to see for myself and hoped I was wrong.With several episodes that have been widely documented for DUIs you would hope maybe he would change to improve his public image. So I will cut to the chase with some things may never change and he is one that is now at the top of the list. As he exited the back he kept rambling to a few who paid good money" I am in a rush and have to go" refusing to sign ANY autographs even with a few pleads as he sat in the front seat with the window up. Off he went and most were very disappointed. But we had a good idea where he may be staying and we were waiting in a polite manner when he in deed did arrive at the hotel. As he left the car he listened to the request to sign his album and he kept saying" Read my lips No is No. You are invading my home now and I just got off the stage" and as I witnessed this unpleasant and truly ugly demeanor I realized that he still has not changed from 20 years ago. Does he believe he still is a mega star with fans knocking his door down. They only advise I would gladly give him for free, Is look into a mirror as being ugly can grow on the inside and spills to the outside . One song he is noted for 'Doesn't somebody want to wanted' ,should be , Does Anyone Want to Remember Me and many of us will say plainly NO. As I reflect a little more, it is truly sad when a graphers is a true fan and an episode like tonight changes how one feels about someone who has lost their respect as a star and even worse as a person. Only one good thing came out tonight and brought a smile to everyone's face as we played it over and over. It's a video of birds and the sounds that were better than a once somebody.

We were watching the championship Basketball game when breaking news of the shooting of singer Christina Grimmie flashed across the bottom of the screen on one of the local TV stations here in Orlando. Though I was not very familiar with Christina though I did remember her powerful performance in the VOICE competion which she placed a respectful 3rd. What I was truly familiar was the venue where this tragedy happen called the PLAZA LIVE. I have seen many shows there and have met even more acts after with most signing autographs and taking photos with all their different fans. This senseless shooting happened in the lobby with a meet and greet after her show where fans get the opportunity to mingle up close and personal. Most Meet and Greet opportunities can cost an arm and leg and usually is really there for the singers or groups to add more money into their pocket . ACTORS JOHN ASHTON and LISA EILBACHER HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN HOLLYWOOD

The Central Florida Film Festival was showing BEVERLY HILLS COP and showing up for a Q&A were John Ashton and Lisa Eilbacher two of the main stars who played along side Eddie Murphy. They sat on stage and spoked candidly about the movie and acting in general. I did not know Slyvester Stallone was the first choice and only John saw the finished project and only once. John spoke passionately that true acting is found on the stage as movies are always in the hands of the editors and Director. Personally never looked at it that way but it makes perfect sense. John mentioned that with several takes the one you might think was your best may end of the cutting floor with the final choice by the Director. Lisa spoke of her famous curls that many talked about and how much fun they all had during filming. Lisa spoke of her role in An Officer and a Gentleman and giving it up to raise a family. As millions are THE WALKING DEAD Series is followed like no other show that I can remember and is without a doubt my favorite. Now like many celebrities they only time one gets up and close are at Autograph Shows where people pay for an autograph with their favorite star. Now I can not say I have never paid for an autograph but will never pay for a photo with. About twenty " professional graphers " were prepared at a site that we all know in hopes of meeting many celebs who were attending a one day event that some of us donated money for the survivors of the ORLANDO PULSE NIGHT CLUB SHOOTING. Several started to file by including Director Greg Nictero who though in a rush was pleasant to all. Some harassed LAUEN COHAN who even barked at many "You guys are ridiculous " and signed a few with a Scribble that no one will know in a few years.
