ENGELBERT HUMPERDINCK IS OUR MISSION

For years Englebert Humperdinck has been singing to the delight of so many especially the female persuasion and when the legend of the Man came to town he was able to draw big crowds to the Central Florida area. Though 79 he still can carry his tunes and along with PLEASE RELEASE ME he played on for almost 90 minutes. About 2 years ago a few of us drove a good distance in hopes of getting his autograph after his show but ended in a disappointment. He came out and came over quickly to say hello and turned away as quickly as he came. So in the autograph world when situations like that happen we take the attitude that we are on a mission to try again and most importantly attain the result that we always wanted. With a 300 dollar ticket a meet and greet is included there were several that wanted the opportunity. With the help of a true angel and the promoter Our albums were signed but the mission was not complete unless we got a picture with him. Now with comments from his manager that he was very tired and he would not sign there was a feeling that we would not be denied. As he exited from the back I politely asked and though his assistant said no, Englebert turned and said Sure. So maybe it is true twice is a charm and I only can say that Englebert made our night and our mission successful.
