CELEBS AND PERSONIAL TIES WE HAVE LOST
Every so often I reflect on some of the personalities who have passed away over the past few weeks as many of us are so involved in our daily activities we may have missed someone we admired and respected.
CHRISTOPHER LEE who played one of the great Dracula's and was terrific in the James Bond Movie Man with the Golden Gun as Saruman and later in the Lord of the Rings
BESTY PALMER who gained fame as a panelist on I've Got a Secret but gained one of the truly fan loyalties when she played Jason Vorhees Mother in the Friday the 13th Series
MARY ELLEN TRAINOR who played the questioning Psychologist especially of Mel Gibson in the Lethal Weapon Movies and later was also in Goonies
RON MOODY the great British Actor who played Fagin in the Movie OLIVER and was a staple in the British Theater
BLAZE STARR the Burlesque Queen who was linked to having an affair with the Legendary Governor of Louisiana Earl K. Long
VINCENT T. BUGLIOSI the Prosecutor in the Charles Manson Case who later went on to write the Best Seller Helter Skelter, TARIZ AZIZ who was Saddam Husseins top aide in Iraq and whose face was always on the TV as the voice piece for Iraq before the fall of the regime.
HENRY CARR who was one of the Olympics greatest sprinters when he won 2 golds in ^$ Olympics in Tokyo
JOHN DAVID CROW who was the winner of the Heisman Trophy as the best College football player in 1957 when he played at Texas A&M
Though there are many others that have left us with memories of the activities or triumphs we can still take a few moments to realize what they had done and wish our best to all their families.
